Q.  How much does international shipping cost and which carrier do you use?

A.  International shipping is based upon the weight of your order and your desired shipping destination. The best way to determine shipping cost is to add the styles you wish to purchase to your shopping bag and proceed to “View Shopping Bag” on our site. About half way down the page there will be a shipping estimator. First, select your country, then enter street address, etc. It will show you available shipping methods for your location and the associated cost. We use United States Postal Service Global Express Mail and United States Postal Service Priority Mail International to ship internationally. This is the most cost efficient carrier for international shipping.

Q.  What domestic shipping carrier do you use?

A.  We use UPS (United Parcel Service) for domestic (within the United States) shipping.

Q.  What size do I order?

A.  We have very extensive » Size Chart «. If you fall between the sizes, or you are in doubt, please order the larger size. Our styles tend to run slightly small. If you are still in doubt, » "Contact Us" « prior to placing your order.

Q.  How long does it take before my order is shipped?

A.  It can take from 24 to 72 hours (business days, Monday through Friday) before your order is shipped, providing the style you ordered is in stock. Requesting UPS 2nd Day Air does not necessarily mean you will have your order two days after you place it. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included in package transit times. Orders placed after business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time) will be handled the next business day. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please » "Contact Us" «. We will do our best to accommodate you. Due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. shipping carriers, weather conditions, etc.), we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.

Q.  Do you always have every item in stock?

A.  With the wide selection of we offer it is impossible to keep every style constantly in stock. The style you request may be in stock one day but in 24 hours stock can change, especially during the holidays. If you would like to check stock on a style please » "Contact Us" «.  We suggest if you have confirmed stock on a style order that style within 24 hours to ensure it is still available.  During the Halloween, Christmas and Valentine's Day seasons we suggest you order well in advance of the date you need your order.  Stock changes rapidly during these seasons.

Q.  If I live outside of the U.S., how long will it take my package to get here?

A.  International shipping and shipping outside the continental United States can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Customs in the destination countries must receive and process your shipment. Due to Customs and shipping carrier processing, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.

Q.  Is your "patent" real patent leather?

A.  Real patent leather is genuine leather put through a process that makes it hard and glossy. This process is very expensive and is not practical. Our patent has the same appearance as patent leather, but is lighter, softer, and much less expensive.
