Shipping / Delivery

Orders are not able to be canceled once they have begun processing.  All orders are shipped in plain packaging via UPS or USPS.   We cannot ship to PO Boxes, a valid delivery street address must be provided for shipping.   All orders are processed, not to be confused with shipped, within 3 business days of you placing it.   Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.   Normal delivery time averages 5 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse.   International orders are subject to customs inspection and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.  Customers are responsible for customs duties/import fees which may occur in their countries.  NOTE: Choosing UPS 2 Day Air does not necessarily mean you will have your order 2 days after you place it.  Orders placed after business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern Time) will begin processing the following business day.  We do our best to ship every order within 2 business days of receiving it, however, it is not always humanly possible.   During busy times such as Halloween, Christmas and Valentices day, we encourage you to order well in advance of the date you require to receive your order.  If you need something by a specific date, » Contact Us «.  We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
