All orders are shipped in plain packaging via UPS or USPS. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, a valid delivery street address must be provided for shipping. All orders are processed, not to be confused with shipped, within 3 business days of you placing it. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Normal delivery time averages 5 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse. International orders are subject to customs inspection and may take up to 2 weeks for delivery. NOTE: Choosing UPS 2 Day Air does not necessarily mean you will have your order 2 days after you place it. We do our best to ship every order within 24 hours of receiving it, however, it is not always humanly possible.
