Terms And Conditions

The majority of our footwear is returnable provided that it has not been worn or damaged and is returned in the original, undamaged packaging box.  Discontinued/clearance and seasonal/costume styles are not returnable.  No return will be processed if there is not an associated RA number, the product shows wear or damage from misuse or if not in the original packaging. Returns received without a RA number or where the product shows wear or damage will be returned to you only if you pay the shipping charges to have the package shipped back to your address.  Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.  You must email us and get a RA number in order for us to process your return.  When your returned package is received by our warehouse, you will be issued a store credit via gift certificate for the actual amount you paid for the returned styles (shipping cost is non-refundable) to apply to your next order.  NOTE: You are not credited for the full price of the items if you received a discount on the order when you placed it.  The discount will be pro-rated per returned item.  For example, if you received a 10% discount on your entire order and returned 1 pair of shoes at the original price of $65.00, your credit will be for $58.50 ( $65.00 - 10% (original discount) = $58.50.   No return will be accepted if there is not an associated RA number, the product shows wear or damage from misuse or if not in the original packaging. The return must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of issuance of the RA number or the return authorization will become void.

Orders are not able to be canceled once they have begun processing.  Orders canceled, shipments refused and returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are subject to manager approval and, if approved, can take up to 3 weeks for processing.

We have extensive and accurate size charts.   Please use them before selecting your size.  If you have doubts about how something will fit you, » Contact Us «. We will be glad to assist you in making the correct choice.  We are not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered, please thoroughly check your order before clicking the "Submit" button.

Proper billing information as it appears on your credit card statement as well as your correct e-mail address and telephone number are required or there will be delays in processing your order.  Due to the large amount of fraudulent internet credit card transactions, orders will only be shipped to VERIFIED billing addresses. We do not provide 3rd party shipping under any circumstances.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging via UPS or USPS.   We cannot ship to PO Boxes, a valid delivery street address must be provided for shipping.   All orders are processed, not to be confused with shipped, within 2 business days of you placing it.   Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.   Normal delivery time averages 5 business days from the time it leaves our premises.   International orders are subject to customs inspection and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.  Customers are responsible for customs duties/import fees which may occur in their countries.  NOTE: Choosing UPS 2 Day Air does not necessarily mean you will have your order 2 days after you place it.  Orders placed after business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern Time) will begin processing the following business day.   We do our best to ship every order within 2 business days of receiving it, however, it is not always humanly possible.   If you need something by a specific date, » Contact Us «.  We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Due to the extensive range of styles and colors we offer, it is impossible to keep every item constantly in stock.   Please » Contact Us «  if you wish to inquire about a stock status.   Your order will be filled with the items we have in stock and shipped as soon as possible.   You are only charged for what is shipped.   If you wish to reserve an item that is on backorder, let us know and we will notify you of when the item is in stock once again.

Our credit card transactions are handled by Authorize.Net secure online payment gateway. The information you provide to process your order will remain confidential as it is transmitted via secure internet connection. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and E-Checks drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. dollars.

Your IP address is recorded as well as the time you place your order. Any attempts of fraudulent activity will be traced via your ISP and we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the laws of our country as well as notifying your local authorities for those who attempt fraudulent activity from outside the United States.
